Keen interest in the KARENT Personnel Study 2011 once again

From the end of August to the end of September 2011 – supported by the University of Applied Sciences Frankfurt – we conducted our regular Personnel Study and surveyed more than 8,000 company managers, HR professionals and works council members.

The focus of our study was on the effects of the crisis on the employment market. Among our questions: which employee groups in which sectors were most threatened by job losses and at the other end of the scale, where would our clients have the greatest chance of finding a new position?

As in previous years, we also enquired about the amount paid in severance packages.

Our Personnel Studies serve as a key basis for successful client consulting, especially in times of crisis.

Well over 600 HR professionals, company managers and works council members have participated once again.
