Group Outplacement Fees
Group outplacement fees are determined by the actual project.
We will be happy to support you in creating an effective outplacement programme tailored to your situation. Including active Job Search by KARENT, you can estimate costs starting at about € 3,000 per participant, with about 50% generally subsidised by the Federal Employment Agency.
Transfer Company Costs
The circumstances are so varied here that we always make an individual proposal. The situation will call for a focus on active job placement, preparatory training or financial security.
