Fees in career counselling

and applicant coaching

We offer career counseling and applicant coaching analogous to outplacement counseling. At the beginning, you have the choice whether you first get to know a non-binding get-to-know-you conversation or a one-hour consultant right away.

Non-binding get-to-know conversation

In a first personal and individual meeting of about 45 minutes, a consultant will inform you about the contents and possibilities of our consulting offer. We do not charge a fee for this first meeting.

Individual one-to-one counselling

Instead of the introductory meeting, you can also start directly with the consultation. For an individual one-to-one consultation we charge 265,-€ (incl. VAT) per hour for up to 2 hours. If you decide to continue the consultation in a career compact program afterwards, the costs will be charged.

Career advice in the compact programme

Depending on the initial situation, the compact programme comprises different counselling elements that we coordinate with you in advance. For example, the focus can be on elements of location determination, the determination of the personal strengths/weaknesses profile with the help of various test procedures and/or an autobiographical interview, the optimisation of your application documents or the preparation for an internal assessment, also with video training.

A compact program includes 8 hours with a consultant as well as the execution and evaluation of personality tests. The fees correspond to our compact programs.
