As the third largest city in Germany and the capital of Bavaria, Munich has an excellent international reputation. The cosmopolitan city offers all kinds of opportunities and a very special ambience, which is created, among other things, by its local color. The famous Oktoberfest is just one of the seasonal attractions, internationally known are the English Garden, the attractive city center around Marienplatz and Viktualienmarkt and the nearby Alps as an ideal destination to relax and recharge your batteries. The public transport system is well developed all the way to the suburbs. Like many large cities, Munich is also a trade fair location, which is another good reason why top-class companies settle and stay in the city. High-tech industries are represented just as much as manufacturing, the environment, crafts, services or the arts and creative industries.
Outplacement in Munich is therefore always up to date and offers the optimal conditions for a professional reorientation for specialists and executives. The most important employers in the city, but also in the surrounding area, include:
- Allianz SE
In addition to the manufacturing industry, Munich is also home to the media industry. More than 250 major publishing houses, various television and radio stations and nationally important daily newspapers have their main offices there.
