Our outplacement consultants have diverse backgrounds, from former division managers, directors and CEOs of renowned companies through to masters of psychology and certified trainers.

The consultants cooperate across disciplines in order to provide all clients with the full scope of our contact network and industry expertise. The KARENT outplacement approach guarantees all clients the same high standard of consulting.

We recognise that the right chemistry and common professional ground between the client and the consultant are decisive factors in the success of outplacement counselling, so we are flexible in changing designated consultants on request.

One premise applies to our clients and consultants equally: each should concentrate on what he/she does best. We therefore differentiate between Sales, Consulting and Job Search.

Each client is supported personally by one career consultant. This can be extended to include the assistance of a job searcher and a secretary, in line with the chosen package. Where appropriate, we can also call on the services of a psychologist, labour law expert and/or tax consultant.
